HOW TO…

Access the property:

Welcome! You can use the keycode on the back door to come and go from the property. This is your own unique code, and it is changed between each guest. Please wait a few seconds for the lock to disengage before trying to open it.

• WIFI: Network: Hillside Hideaway - Password: trailhouse

• The Thermostat is located on the wall in the living room. Select the correct mode, heat or cool, you can adjust the temperature to your comfort level.

• The main living area: Has a large smart TV, you can stream from your favorite apps by signing in to your own account. Each bedroom has a smart TV where you can watch free TV as well as sign into your favorite apps with your own account.

• The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need to prepare a meal for your group. If I have missed something that would have been helpful, please let me know, we are always eager to improve our place!  In the kitchen, you will find a full size, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot. There are dishwasher pods, dish soap, and trash bags under the kitchen sink. The coffee maker has a reusable filter, please do not throw it out, and rinse it after use. Coffee, creamers, sugars, and all paper products are provided. Bags of trash should be brought out to the trash cans on the side of the house.

• All bathrooms have extra toilet paper under the sinks. Towels are in the walk-in closet off the large bedroom as well as in the tall wood cabinet located in the hallway outside of the other bathroom. Hooks are provided in both bathrooms and all bedrooms for hanging towels. Please do not leave wet towels on wood floors, furniture, or beds. Our place is on a septic system, PLEASE DO NOT flush any items other than toilet paper down the toilets.

• In each of the 5 bedrooms, there are smart TVs.  Within the rooms, there are a total of 8 beds; 5 Queen size and 3 XL Twin, no bunk beds! There are extra blankets and pillows in all the closets. Each bedroom features a full-length mirror.

• A Charcoal grill is provided for your use. We do not provide charcoal, lighters, lighter fluid, or foil.  We do not provide wood for the Fire Pit

• The shelves in both hallways may be used for shoes, helmets, etc.

• To lock the sliding door, turn the handle down (vertical); to unlock, turn the handle left (horizontal).
